Q. Can I order products?

A. Yes, if the item is in stock with the manufacturer. However, this only applies to items for which your purchase has been confirmed.

Q. Can I reserve an item?

A. Yes, it is possible for one week. However, this is also only possible for products that have been confirmed for purchase.

Q. I would like the product to be delivered on the same day I purchase it. Is this possible?

A. Depending on the time of day, same-day shipping may be possible.

Q. Can I change the delivery company?

A. We only offer Sagawa Express for home delivery , and Click Post for mail delivery.
Please note that we cannot accept changes to other delivery companies.

Q. Is it possible to have the item shipped to a shipping company office?

A: Yes, it is possible.

We use Sagawa Express, so please be sure to write "Sagawa Express delivery to XX office" in the comments section when purchasing.

Q. Can I use both cash and card when making a purchase?

A. Payment methods need to be separated by product.

You cannot use multiple payment methods for the same item.

It is possible to change the payment method for each product. In that case, please place separate orders. (Delivery can be combined.)
