Q. Can I use installment payments or bonus payments for credit card purchases?
A. Our store processes credit card payments as a lump sum.
If you wish to pay in installments or with bonus payments, please contact your credit card company directly after purchase.
Please note that 3-installment payments are available with deferred payment (Paidy). For details, please check Paidy's terms and conditions.
※In-store, in addition to various payment methods, both credit card installment payments and bonus payments are available.
Q. Is it possible to have an item delivered on the same day as purchase?
A. Orders placed by 12:00 PM can be shipped the same day. (Excluding Sundays)
Q. Can I specify a delivery date and time?
A. Yes, you can do so from the cart screen.
Please set it on the cart screen without proceeding to checkout.
Q. Is it possible to return items?
Returns are not accepted except in the case of defective products.
We do not accept returns due to customer convenience.
Q. Is it possible to order items not in stock?
A. Yes, if the manufacturer has them in stock.
However, this is only for items where the purchase is confirmed.

Q. Is it possible to reserve an item?
A. Yes, for one week. However, this is only for items where the purchase is confirmed.

Q. Is it possible to change the shipping company?
We primarily use Sagawa Express, so please be sure to write "Sagawa Express 〇〇 Sales Office Hold" in the remarks column when purchasing.
Q. Is it possible to combine payment methods when making a purchase?
It is not possible to use multiple payment methods for a single item.
It is possible to change the payment method for each item. In that case, please place separate orders. (Shipments can be consolidated for delivery.)
