Delivery Timeframe

• Orders are shipped within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. (Excludes pre-order items.)

• If there is an issue requiring additional time, we will notify you in advance.

• Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post (carrier may vary depending on availability; time-slot delivery available)

• Click Post orders are shipped via Japan Post’s Click Post service. (Time-slot delivery not available)

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Japan Post’s international mail service.

Hazardous items such as perfume and alcohol cannot be shipped internationally.

If a hazardous item is ordered by mistake, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

※ Any import duties and taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

※ YOKO SAKAMOTO is not available for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Return period & shipping costs:

• If there is a defect with your item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

• In cases of damage or defects caused by our error, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a refund or replacement after inspecting the item.

• Returns or exchanges due to customer preferences (e.g., different from expectations, change of mind) or items that have been used cannot be accepted.

• Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted more than 3 days after delivery, even if the item is unused.

A. Our store processes credit card payments as a lump sum.

If you wish to pay in installments or with bonus payments, please contact your credit card company directly after purchase.

Please note that we generally do not accept changes to the shipping company.
(For parcel delivery, we use Sagawa Express, and Yamato Transport or Japan Post depending on the situation.

A. Yes, it is.

We primarily use Sagawa Express, so please be sure to write "Sagawa Express 〇〇 Sales Office Hold" in the remarks column when purchasing.

 

Q. Is it possible to combine payment methods when making a purchase?

A. You need to separate payment methods per item.

It is not possible to use multiple payment methods for a single item.

It is possible to change the payment method for each item. In that case, please place separate orders. (Shipments can be consolidated for delivery.)
