Returns & Exchanges


Return Period and Return Shipping Costs

 

  • Returns are only accepted in the case of defective or damaged items.

    Please be sure to contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • If the item is damaged or defective due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

    After we inspect the returned item and confirm the issue, we will issue a refund or replacement.

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as:

     

    • Change of mind

    • The item being different from what you imagined

    • Any item that has already been used

     

  • Even if the item is unused, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 3 days from the date of delivery.
