Shipping Fees

 

  • Free domestic shipping for orders over ¥11,000 (tax included)

  • For orders under ¥11,000, a flat domestic shipping fee of ¥1,100 (tax included) will be charged

  • However, for orders under ¥11,000, Click Post shipping is free for items eligible for Click Post (this option can be selected at checkout)

  • International shipping is available at a flat rate of ¥10,000

  • Bank transfer fees are to be covered by the customer

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) fees apply only when using COD payment

 

 

 

Shipping Methods

 

  • We ship via Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post, depending on the shipping situation. Date and time selection is available

    You can specify your desired delivery time either on the cart page or on the order confirmation (thank-you) page after purchase

  • If you select Click Post shipping, we will send your order via Japan Post’s “Click Post” service (date/time selection not available)

  • For small items where you would like a specific delivery date/time, or if you prefer courier service over Click Post, please contact us before placing your order

Q. Can I use installment payments or bonus payments for credit card purchases?

A. Our store processes credit card payments as a lump sum.

If you wish to pay in installments or with bonus payments, please contact your credit card company directly after purchase.

Please note that 3-installment payments are available with deferred payment (Paidy). For details, please check Paidy's terms and conditions.

※In-store, in addition to various payment methods, both credit card installment payments and bonus payments are available.

 

Q. Is it possible to have an item delivered on the same day as purchase?

A. Orders placed by 12:00 PM can be shipped the same day. (Excluding Sundays)

 

Q. Can I specify a delivery date and time?

A. Yes, you can do so from the cart screen.

Please set it on the cart screen without proceeding to checkout.

 

Q. Is it possible to return items?

A. Returns are only possible for defective products.

Returns are not accepted except in the case of defective products.

We do not accept returns due to customer convenience.

 

Q. Is it possible to order items not in stock?

A. Yes, if the manufacturer has them in stock.

However, this is only for items where the purchase is confirmed.

Q. Is it possible to reserve an item?

A. Yes, for one week. However, this is only for items where the purchase is confirmed.

Q. Is it possible to change the shipping company?

A.
Please note that we generally do not accept changes to the shipping company.
(For parcel delivery, we use Sagawa Express, and Yamato Transport or Japan Post depending on the situation.
For mail delivery, we only use Japan Post's Click Post.)

 


Q. Is it possible to have the shipment held at a shipping company's sales office?

A. Yes, it is.

We primarily use Sagawa Express, so please be sure to write "Sagawa Express 〇〇 Sales Office Hold" in the remarks column when purchasing.

 

Q. Is it possible to combine payment methods when making a purchase?

A. You need to separate payment methods per item.

It is not possible to use multiple payment methods for a single item.

It is possible to change the payment method for each item. In that case, please place separate orders. (Shipments can be consolidated for delivery.)
