The designer is Mitsuru Yoshiya.
The pattern maker is Sasanuma Hirofumi.

Both of them originally worked for a major apparel manufacturer with a large presence in department stores.
We are a veteran team with over 20 years of experience.

He then went independent and continues to work with the mission of "delivering Japanese craftsmanship to the world."

All of the materials used are carefully produced in textile producing areas all over Japan.

Designer Yoshiya doesn't always wear kimono,
When I put on the kimono I inherited from my grandfather, I felt like I was standing tall.

The designer is an avid meat lover and apparently eats Wagyu steak once a week.

It was with this idea in mind that Wagyu leather for clothing was developed.

Manufactured at Goto Leather Works, a long-established company in Tatsuno City, Hyogo Prefecture.
It is based on a robust leather originally used for baseball gloves.

It is too hard and prone to scratches for clothing.
It is soaked in plenty of oil to make it soft and "soft"
