Q. I would like the product to be delivered on the same day I purchase it. Is this possible?

A. Orders placed before 12 noon can be shipped the same day.

Q. Can I specify the delivery date and time?

A. You can do this from the cart screen.

Please do not proceed to checkout, but set it on the cart screen.

Q. Can I return the product?

A. This is only possible for defective products .

Returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty.

We do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.

Q. Is it possible to order products?

A. Yes, if the manufacturer has stock.

However, this only applies to products for which purchase has been confirmed.

Q. Can I reserve an item?

A. Yes, it is possible for one week. However, this is also only possible for products that have been confirmed for purchase.

Q. Can I change the delivery company?

Please note that we do not generally accept changes to the shipping company.
(We mainly use Sagawa Express for courier delivery, but depending on the situation we also use Yamato Transport and the post office.
Mail delivery is only available via post office Click Post.)


Q. Is it possible to have the item delivered to a shipping company's office?

A: Yes, it is possible.

We generally use Sagawa Express, so please be sure to write "Sagawa Express delivery to XX office" in the comments section when purchasing.

Q. Can I use both cash and card when making a purchase?

A. Payment methods must be separated by product.

You cannot use multiple payment methods for the same item.

It is possible to use different payment methods for each product. In that case, please place separate orders. (Shipping can be combined.)
