Q. Can I use credit card installment payments or bonus payments?
A. Our store processes credit card payments as a lump sum.
If you wish to make installment payments or bonus payments, please contact your card company directly after purchase.
Please note that Paidy allows 3-part installment payments. Please check Paidy's terms and conditions for details.

Q. Can I have my item delivered on the same day I purchase it?
A. Orders placed by 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day shipping.
Q. Can I specify a delivery date and time?
A. Yes, you can do so from the cart screen.
Please set it on the cart screen before proceeding to checkout.
Q. Is it possible to return an item?
Returns are not possible unless the product is defective.
We do not accept returns due to customer convenience.
Q. Is it possible to order an item?
A. Yes, if the manufacturer has it in stock.
However, this is only for items with a confirmed purchase.

Q. Can I reserve an item?
A. Yes, for up to one week. However, this is only for items with a confirmed purchase.

Q. Is it possible to change the shipping carrier?
We primarily use Sagawa Express, so please be sure to write "Sagawa Express [〇〇 branch office] for pickup" in the remarks column when purchasing.
Q. When making a purchase, can I use a combination of cash and card?
You cannot combine multiple payment methods for a single product.
It is possible to change the payment method for each product. In that case, please place separate orders. (Shipping can be consolidated.)
