Q. I would like the product to be delivered on the same day I purchase it. Is this possible?

A. If you order by 12:00, we can ship it on the same day.

Q.Can I specify a delivery date and time?

A: You can do this from the cart screen.

Please do not proceed to checkout, but set it on the cart screen.

Q: Can I return the product?

A. This is only possible for defective products .

Returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty.

We do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.

Q. Can I order products?

A. Yes, if the manufacturer has stock. However, this only applies to products for which your purchase has been confirmed.

Q. Can I reserve an item?

A. Yes, it is possible for a period of one week. However, this is only possible for products whose purchase has been confirmed.

Q. Can I change the delivery company?

Please note that we do not generally accept changes to the delivery company.
(We mainly use Sagawa Express for home delivery , but depending on the situation we also use Yamato Transport and the post office.
Mail delivery is only available via post office click post.)



Q. Is it possible to have the item shipped to a shipping company office?

A: Yes, it is possible.

We generally use Sagawa Express, so please be sure to write "Sagawa Express delivery to XX office" in the comments section when purchasing.

Q. Can I use both cash and card when making a purchase?

A. Payment methods need to be separated by product.

You cannot use multiple payment methods for the same item.

It is possible to change the payment method for each product. In that case, please place separate orders. (Delivery can be combined.)
