Please note that we generally do not accept changes to the shipping carrier.
(For parcel delivery, we mainly use Sagawa Express, and depending on the situation, Yamato Transport or Japan Post.
For mail service, we only use Japan Post's Click Post.)

 


Q. Is it possible to have the package delivered to a shipping company's business office for pickup?

A. Yes, it is possible.

We primarily use Sagawa Express, so please be sure to write "Sagawa Express [〇〇 branch office] for pickup" in the remarks column when purchasing.

 

Q. When making a purchase, can I use a combination of cash and card?

A. Payment methods must be separated by product.

You cannot combine multiple payment methods for a single product.
