This unisex eau de toilette is centered around natural kuromoji (Lindera) essential oil, combined with notes that evoke richness and depth.

To keep this unique aroma close at hand, BLACK LETTERS offers it in a portable 8ml spray bottle, providing around 250 sprays. We recommend 2–3 sprays per use.

About Kuromoji

Kuromoji is a deciduous shrub of the laurel family (Lauraceae), traditionally used in Japan for its fragrant bark—especially in high-end toothpicks for wagashi (Japanese confections).

Kuromoji essential oil from Chichibu, Saitama, is especially rare and citrusy in character, rich in components also found in lavender.

It’s a precious oil—only 1ml of essential oil can be extracted from 1kg of dried kuromoji branches and leaves.

• Test on an inconspicuous area before spraying on delicate clothing (e.g. silk, rayon, leather, fur, traditional garments).

• Keep at least 20cm distance when spraying on skin or clothing.
