While it may look like vintage faded denim at first glance, the finish differs from common fading processes like sandblasting or washing.

Because denim is so popular, the Licht way is to avoid using the same techniques as everyone else.

Through needle-punching, the white weft yarns from the back are pulled to the surface, creating a gradient effect that makes the fabric appear as if the color has been stripped away.

To ensure the gradient is beautifully positioned around the shoulders upon completion, the fabric is processed with the jacket's final structure in mind.

The product is then washed, giving the entire piece a vintage-like texture while adding even more rich depth and dimension to the needle-punched sections.

The body is a new design that reconstructs three distinct elements: a flight jacket, a track jacket, and a drizzler jacket.
