This oversized shirt is made using “CONCEPT”, a newly developed wool fabric by Harrisons of Edinburgh, one of the most prestigious British mills.

What makes this piece unique is its incorporation of selvedge detailing—typically cut off and discarded—on design points such as the placket, cuffs, and gusset, adding a refined and distinctive touch.

With its larger buttons and structured fabric, the shirt can be styled like a shirt-jacket, making it suitable for a wide range of seasons.

Originally designed for spring/summer suiting, the fabric brings year-round versatility when tailored into this shirt form.

About Harrisons “CONCEPT”

A rare lightweight wool twill among British fabrics, weighing just 240–250g/m. It features a refined sheen and supple hand feel, distinct from Harrisons’ traditional offerings like REGENCY or FRONTIER (which weigh around 300g/m).

Spun from fine superfine merino wool yarns (72s) and woven with 2-ply threads in both warp and weft, the fabric delivers a light yet resilient structure with crisp body and elegant drape.
